Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website driffood.maand the Drif Food mobile application (the "Service"), published by DRIF FOOD, Al Wafae 2, Bloc 14, Av. Allal El Fassi, Oujda. Using the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

2. Access to the Service

The Service lets you browse the menu, compose an order and, where applicable, create an account for delivery, pickup or dining in. Access is free of charge; connection and equipment costs remain your responsibility. We strive to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee continuous availability (maintenance, technical incidents, network outages, etc.).

3. User account

Creating an account is optional: you can order as a guest. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, phone, address) and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions carried out from your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account area or via the account deletion page.

4. Proper use of the Service

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• place fake orders("ghost orders") or orders you do not intend to honour;
• provide incorrect contact details, impersonate a third party or use a phone number that is not yours;
• disrupt the operation of the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or make fraudulent or abusive use of it;
• abuse our promotional offers, in particular by creating several accounts or using several phone numbers to repeatedly obtain an offer reserved for new customers or limited per person;
• reproduce or exploit the content of the Service without authorisation (see section 6).

In the event of a breach — in particular repeatedly unhonoured orders — we reserve the right to refuse an order or restrict access to the Service (see our privacy policy, "Prevention of fake orders" section).

5. Orders and payment

Orders placed through the Service are governed by our terms of sale (prices, delivery, payment, complaints). Prices and product availability may change; the menu displayed at the time of ordering prevails. No online payment is requested: payment is made upon delivery or pickup.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (texts, photographs of dishes, logo, trademarks, visual identity, structure) are the property of DRIF FOOD or its partners and are protected. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data in connection with the Service is described in our privacy policy, which we invite you to read.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example a map to locate an address, or WhatsApp to send you a reward code) and link to external sites (social networks in particular). We do not control these services and decline any responsibility for their content or availability.

9. Liability

We do our best to provide accurate information (menu, prices, opening hours) without guaranteeing the absence of errors or interruptions. We cannot be held liable for damages resulting from unavailability of the Service, display errors, or non-compliant use on your part. Sale-specific provisions appear in the terms of sale.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time you use the Service; the date of the last revision appears at the top of the page.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Oujda will have jurisdiction.
